Volunteers

Volunteering at Alexandrina Libraries is a fantastic way to meet new people. Volunteers assist staff with the provision of basic library services.

We look to volunteer support with:

  • Shelving books
  • Delivering materials to homebound readers
  • Helping people on the internet
  • Helping with genealogy research
  • Digitising historical images for the collection
  • Processing new library items
  • Repairing books and DVDs
  • Helping with events
  • Assisting with children's programs
