Toy Library

Located within the Burnside Library, our toys are aimed at promoting and encouraging children to acquire different skills and progress through developmental stages.

The Toy Library boasts a wonderful collection of over 4,000 toys aimed predominantly at children aged from birth to 5 years. These resources are constantly being added to throughout the year.

Toys may be borrowed for up to 4 weeks, you can renew for a further 4 weeks if required. Party and special event toys are available for up 4 weeks – Please note we do not reserve toys.

Toy Library Memberships

We offer a variety of memberships including annual, three month and group memberships.

Family - 15 items per family

• 12 months $45
• 3 months $20
• 3 months concession* $15

*Health Care Card must be sighted

Group - 30 items per group
