Web Print and Computer Reservation

Many public libraries across SA offer low cost printing services. Contact your local library for more specific information via contact details here

A new centrally available service has been provisioned and libraries will gradually be migrated onto this in order to provide more services to South Australian public library customers. The following libraries make these central services available now:

  3. Clare and Gilbert Valley library service
  4. Kangaroo Island library service
  5. Light library service
  6. Mount Barker Community library service
  7. Naracoorte Lucindale library service
  8. Port Augusta library service
  9. Port Lincoln library service
  10. Port McDonnell library service
  11. Whyalla library service
  12. Woomera library service
  13. and all 43 Joint-Use libraries

 

Note: to use these services below you need to be a library member, create an account and if printing too - add credit. Join here

Computer booking

Bookings can be made for one hour at a time, with a maximum of two hours per customer per day.

Web-based print service

Each library will have their own printing charges. Please check with your library via contact details here.

 

Options to print, scan or copy are shown below.

File upload to print

Upload your file and then log in at the library printer

Email to print

Forward your file as an email attachment to webprint@libraries.sa.gov.au and then log in at the library printer. Ensure you're sending this email from an email address which is registered in your library account already

App to print

Search for ‘Monitor Business Machines’ to locate and download the ‘Monitor Mobile’ app from the App Store (iOS) or GooglePlay. You will be required to select files from your device and then use the library printer to scan a QR code that will appear on your device’s screen

USB print

This service may not be available at all libraries, so check with your library

USB print allows accessing files on your USB key from the library printer

Print Release

Print Release is how you print jobs on the library printer when in the library. These jobs will have either been sent in from a personal or library device

Scan to email

This service may not be available at all libraries, so check with your library

Scan your images/pages at the library PC and send the resulting files to your email address
